Our polymer coated conveyor rollers are built for material handling systems requiring consistent belt support, reduced noise, and long replacement intervals under repetitive load cycles.
- Steel shell with HDPE or polyurethane outer coating — impact and wear resistant
- Sealed deep groove ball bearings with long-life grease fill
- Shaft diameter: 20 mm / 25 mm / 30 mm; tube OD: 63 – 219 mm
- Load capacity: 100 – 1,200 kg per roller depending on configuration
- Available in standard troughing (35° / 45°) and flat carrying roller sets
Replacement sets can be supplied with matched roller diameters for retrofitting existing conveyor frames. We support OEM blanket supply agreements for quarry, port, and distribution centre clients.
