Our spur gears are machined to consistent tooth profile tolerances for application in speed reducers, industrial gearboxes, and custom mechanical drive assemblies where gear mesh quality directly affects efficiency and noise levels.
- Module range M1 – M10 in standard pitch series
- Tooth form: involute profile per DIN 867 / ISO 53
- Material: C45 steel (normalized) or 20CrMnTi (carburized and hardened)
- Hobbing and grinding process for AGMA Q9 – Q11 quality grades
- Drawing-based custom gears accepted: specify module, PCD, face width, bore, keyway
Surface hardness, bore tolerance, and keyway dimensions can be confirmed before production release. Inspection reports and CMM measurement data available for quality-critical orders.
